Congratulations to Ariel Gordon who, in 2011, won the Aqua Books Lansdowne Poetry Prize for her collection Hump.

Congratulations to Elisabeh Harvor, whose book An Open Door in the Landscape, has been shortlisted for The Ottawa Book Awards.

John Wall Barger
John Wall Barger’s work has appeared in CV2, The Antigonish Review, and The Malahat Review, and is forthcoming in Grain, Descant and The Best Canadian Poetry 2008 (Tightrope Books). He lives in Halifax, N.S., where he teaches English lit part time at Saint Mary’s University. Pain-proof Men is his first collection of poems.
