Although you do not need to be published in book form, you must have been published substantially in literary journals. If you are at all unsure, please query by email first.

For the first item shipped in Canada, it costs $3 in shipping. Each additional item is another $2.
To ship anywhere else in the world, the first item will cost $6 in shipping. Each additional item is another $4. Paypal can convert your currencies for you.
