Congratulations to Ariel Gordon who, in 2011, won the Aqua Books Lansdowne Poetry Prize for her collection Hump.

Congratulations to Elisabeh Harvor, whose book An Open Door in the Landscape, has been shortlisted for The Ottawa Book Awards.

Both Ariel Gordon and Elisabeth Harvor were longlisted for the 2011 ReLit Poetry Prize

Ariel Gordon

Ariel Gordon is a Winnipeg-based writer and editor. Recent publications include a chapbook of travel poetry entitled Guidelines: Malaysia & Indonesia (Rubicon Press). She won the John Hirsch Award for Most Promising Manitoba Writer at the 2010 Manitoba Book Awards. When not being bookish, Ariel likes tromping through the woods and taking macro photographs of mushrooms.
